Tempered Glass
Tempered Glass

We hold Australian SAI certification for our tempered glass, demonstrating that it meets the Australian quality standards AS/NZS 2208:1996. We are among the few companies in the country to have obtained this prestigious certification.

Tempered glass, also known as toughened glass, is a type of heat-toughened safety glass. It undergoes a special heat treatment process to significantly increase its resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses compared to conventional annealed glass. In the event of breakage, tempered glass breaks into small pieces with dulled edges for safety.

Features:
1. Tempered glass can withstand pressure over 95MPa on its surface.
2. It offers excellent performance, with anti-curve and anti-impact properties that are 3 to 6 times better than those of normal glass.
3. It maintains high stability even when subjected to temperature changes ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, whereas normal glass can only withstand temperatures of 70-100 degrees Celsius.
4. Sizes are produced according to customer specifications; once tempered, the glass cannot be cut down.

Our tempered glass is crafted from high-quality float glass, Low E glass, and frosted glass. It is primarily exported to the United States, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and other regions where it has been well-received by customers.

Advantages:
1. Five times more resistant to breakage than regular
 glass.
2. In the event of breakage, there is a significantly reduced risk of injury from shattered pieces.
3. Provides greater opportunities for expansive glazing without compromising safety, including frameless designs such as doors, shower screens,
table tops, and more.
