Also known as safety mirror or explosion-proof mirror, a mirror laminating machine is used to affix a layer of plastic protective film on the back of the glass mirror so that the plastic protective film is firmly adhered to the back of the mirror. When the mirror is broken, the fragments will not spatter randomly but remain sticky, attached in place to avoid injury. This type of safety mirror is suitable for use in public areas, slide doors, and interior decoration, and is popular in North America, Europe, and Australia.
Filmed mirrors can be divided into two types: smooth PE film and silk screen film. Commonly known as CAT I and CAT II.
